COVID PANDEMIC IS CAUSING WORLDWIDE SHORTAGES OF PARTS & MFG OF EQUIPMENT
6.5.2021-Currently factories worldwide are reporting long delays on parts and equipment. Some parts are completely out of stock and are being rationed for the next few months until all workers return to work and back orders can be filled and inventory restored. Therefore ALL companies should always plan ahead for the unexpected. This means keeping basic parts that may need replaced in stock such as bearings, igniters, solenoids and other small parts. That way if your machine goes down you can having up and running in a matter of hours rather than days or even weeks during this world-wide shortage. Also during this pandemic it is wise to have at least 2-3 weeks of roasted coffee and products on hand in event something goes wrong. While the PARTS Department is open and shipping parts as needed delivery companies are have long delays due in part to Covid issues. We have seen some two day shipping deliveries take up to two weeks to arrive.
During this world-wide pats shortage we will only sell parts to customers with BC accounts and will limit parts to one needed per client. While we stock well over $100,000 in parts we also have 100's and perhaps 1000's of clients using our various products. Therefore be sure to have essential parts on hand such as bearings, igniters and the like to reduce downtimes.

BC ROASTER WARRANTY
Your New Roaster is warranted from the date of purchase for one Year. During such time if machine breaks down due to a defective part(s) we shall replace part and provide full instructions on replacement installation. Free priority shipping is provided during warranty period. (Some companies make you pay for shipping during warranty!) If it is determined that machine was abused or not used according to the manual then this is not covered under warranty but parts can be provided at normal cost and shipping.
AFTER WARRANTY PROTECTION: BC ROASTERS
Many companies want to sell you equipment but don't offer extended support after warranty. We have found from other clients that bought from some name brand companies that when a common part such as a motor or fan has gone bad these companies require up to 90 days to ship a replacement once you pay & order part. That is why we stock a large inventory of the common and even rarely needed parts and offer our 10 YEAR IN-STOCK PARTS GUARANTEE: After warranty we have our 10 year In-Stock Guarantee: We will stock all standard parts for at least 10 years after warranty so you can keep your machine up and running and in great shape. After warranty parts are sold at standard list price and you choose and pay for the type of shipping you prefer. If in the event client prefers to ship product to us for repairs warranty includes the option of in-house repair but client would be responsible to pay to crate and ship unit to us at their expense. (Commercial Equipment should always be repaired on location due to cost and potential damage that may occur if sending it back to BC Roasters for repairs)
